ALS signed “GR,” one page, 7.25 x 9, November 14, 1785. Letter to Lord Carmarthen regarding dispatches from Sir James Harris and the calling of a meeting of the confidential ministers. In very good condition, with staining to bottom of page, as well as light mirroring of signature and text, both of which could be matted out, several pencil notations, and a horizontal fold under signature.
