Agreement between Armstrong and Colmbia Records engaging Armstrong to provide session musicians and record nine songs for the purpose of making an LP album. Songs listed include “Black and Blue,” “Honeysuckle Rose,” and “Ain’t Misbehavin’.” Signed on the last page in fountain pen by Armstrong. Armstrong subsequently released these recordings on Satch Plays Fats: The Music of Fats Waller in 1955. Light edge wear and expected stamps, staple and punch holes to top edge, and a crease to last page, not affecting signature, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
