Bold ink signature, “Go: Washington,” on an off-white 3.5 x 1 slip affixed to the mount. Attractively matted and framed with a color engraving of Washington, to an overall size of 10 x 14; the framing was done by legendary autograph dealer Charles Hamilton and the back of the frame bears his original certificate of authenticity and striking red wax seal. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, one through the last letter of the signature and one lightly affecting a few strokes, and scattered light soiling. A fantastic large and crisp signature!
