Vintage 11 x 14.5 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “For my friend John I. Bourke, with warm regards of Wm. H. Taft.” Photo is housed in what appears to be its original frame, to an overall size of 14 x 17.5. In very good condition, with light silvering to edges of image, scattered toning and light foxing to borders, and some light damp staining to bottom edge.
