It won’t harm you to have your name published either. We have been more careful this time. We will be grateful to God when you have relief from your ailment.” Gandhi stayed out of active politics and as such limelight for most of the 1920s, preferring to resolve the wedge between the Swaraj Party and the Indian National Congress. Later on his life, he would come to embrace his celebrity using it to gain advantage over Great Britain with his hunger strikes and mass civil disobedience.
