Double matted with an engraved portrait of McKinley with a preprinted signature, to an overall size of 16 x 22. In fine condition, with three vertical folds, one lightly affecting two letters of the first name, and expected punch hole, stamp, and cut cancellations, the cut lightly affecting the first stroke of the ‘W,’ and minor creasing to the lower right corner.
