Flynn signs again at the conclusion, in pencil, again adding his address, and countersigned at the bottom by the Harbor Master. Matted with a color photo of Flynn at the wheel of his boat, to an overall size of 16 x 20. In fine condition, with a mild shade of toning, and expected folds.
