Sullivan “an Assistant Surgeon in the Navy, with the rank of Lieutenant, jr. gr.” Signed at the conclusion by Taft, and countersigned by the Acting Secretary of the Navy. Framed to an overall size of 16 x 20. In very good condition, with light overall toning, a bit heavier in places, some feathering to Taft’s last name, and some scattered light soiling.
