Partly-printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 14.75 x 9.25, September 20, 1826. President Adams grants Isaac Stearns 80 acres of land in Ohio. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Matted with a color portrait of Adams, to an overall size of 18.75 x 27. In very good condition, with intersecting storage folds, scattered toning and soiling, show-through from writing on reverse, and missing seal. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
