Manuscript DS, signed “George R,” one page both sides, 11.5 x 18, June 30, 1738. A warrant for the deduction of subsidence of two men per troop from the Captains in case their companies are not kept complete. Signed at the top by George, who has also signed along the top of the reverse as well. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, tape repairs to bisecting horizontal fold and other small separations, missing lower left corner, and scattered toning and foxing. RRAuction COA.
