Original handwritten lyrics by Mick Jagger on an off-white 8.5 x 7 lined sheet. Jagger pens five lines in blue ballpoint while working on his second solo album Primitive Cool, released in 1987. Jagger writes, in part, “Shoot off your mouth, Drums up in you say you love me. Say you will strings up after, your on a ship out to sea.” Jagger would wind up using the first line as the title of one of the songs on his album. In fine condition, with crease to lower left corner, and lightly trimmed edges. Handwritten lyrics from any member of the Stones are quite rare. Pre-certified Roger Epperson/REAL and RRAuction COA.
