Commemorative German air mail cover, 6.5 x 4.5, with a cachet honoring the Apollo flight to the moon, signed on the front in black felt tip by Armstrong. Cover is affixed by its back flap to an 8.25 x 6 sheet. In fine condition, with lower portion of Armstrong’s signature over postmark and stamped address at bottom, and a small ink “XI” added in an unknown hand to cachet.
