Partly printed DS as President, one page, 8.5 x 11, December 16, 1872. An order to the secretary of state to “affix the Seal of the United States to a warrant for the pardon of Robert Dale.” The document is lightly affixed with mounting tape at the two top corners to a slightly larger board.
