She would like to see what she properly can that bears upon the welfare of the women and children of the Philippines. I beg to commend to her your courtesy....” Accompanied by an unsigned engraved portrait. In very good condition, with scattered toning (heavier to edges and bottom) and light wrinkles and creases.
