Original program from the Beatles’ concert at the ABC Cinema in Great Yarmouth on June 30, 1963, 13 x 8.5 opened, signed in blue ballpoint by all four near their group photo: “John Lennon XXX,” “George Harrison XXX,” “Paul McCartney XXX,” and “Ringo Starr XXX”; Paul has also added, “To Judith, Love from the Beatles.” Billed as “Britain’s Fabulous Disc Stars,” the Beatles went last on a program of eight numbers (plus intermission) that also included the Terry Young Combo, the Brook Brothers, and others. On the following day, July 1, 1963, the Beatles went into the studio to record their quintessential early hit “She Loves You,” the first single by the group to top both the British and American charts. In very good condition, with scattered soiling and faint staining, intersecting light creases (touching John, Paul, and Ringo), wrinkling, and a few pinholes. The signatures are otherwise dark and clear. An historic relic of the Beatles’ early success! COA Roger Epperson/REAL and R&R COA.
