Jewish-Hungarian author (1905–1983) best known for the anti-Stalinist novel Darkness at Noon. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo, signed in red ink. In very good condition, with scattered creases, dings, and surface marks (light crease to last name), slight trimming to top edge, a few faint discolorations to emulsion, and somewhat indistinct contrast to signature against background.
