Evarts as Secretary of State. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. In very good condition overall, with intersecting folds (partial separations), a few edge tears, light soiling, wrinkling, and handling wear, and a few stains (faint offsetting from seal just touching first letter of signature).
