Fitzgerald’s NYC “Cabaret and Public Dance Hall Employee’s Identification Card” issued April 14, 1961, 3.75 x 2.5, signed in ballpoint. The card bears Fitzgerald’s personal information (giving her occupation as “singer”), thumbprint, and affixed photo. Housed in a handsome custom folder. In very good condition, with soft lamination to card (slight peeling at edges), edge wear, a few creases, light soiling, and slightly irregular ink flow to signature.
