Signed on the color limitation page in black felt tip, and signed on a bookplate affixed to the front free end page by famed watercolor artist Keith West. The book is accompanied by its original four-song CD of unreleased Harrison material. The case has a few bumps and surface marks; the book itself has some mild rippling to ends of pages from moisture exposure, but is in otherwise fine condition.
