In 2002 he was ranked as No. 22 in Rolling Stone magazine’s “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.” Scarce DS, signed in ballpoint “Michael Bloomfield,” one page, 8.5 x 11, May 13, 1973. A contract for a performance by Bloomfield and Mark Naftalin at the Gardens Auditorium in Vancouver on May 31, 1973, for which the duo would be paid $3,000 plus 30% of the GDR over $14,000.
