Buckminster Fuller

Visionary American architect, inventor, writer, and philosopher (1895–1983) perhaps best known for inventing the geodesic dome, one of the signal developments in modern design and engineering. A family of complex carbon molecules with structures reminiscent of the geodesic dome were named fullerenes—aka the “Bucky ball”—in his honor. Signed book: Tetrascroll Goldilocks and the Three Bears: A Cosmic Fairy Tale. First edition, first printing. NY: ULAE, Inc., 1982. Hardcover with dustjacket, 8.5 x 11, 129 pages.
