In part: “It is a very great pleasure to commend Miss Emily Louise Sneath to those who are charged with the responsibility of passing upon the eligibility of young women for auxiliary war service in France. Miss Sneath is a young woman of the very highest character and has had educational advantages which especially qualify her abroad.” In very good condition, with mounting remnants to two corners, feathering to end of signature, intersecting folds, and some mild toning.
