Among the more prominent signers: Nellie Melba, Alfredo Costa, Rosina Galli, Achille Clivio, Amedeo Bassi, A[ntonio] Scotti, Anna Pavlova, Michel Mordkine, Johanna Gadski, Mabel Riegelman, Charles Dalmore, M[aurice] Renaud, Victor Herbert (AMQS from Natoma), Enrico Caruso, Giacomo Spadoni, Mary Garden, Julia Claussen, Mario Chanilee, G[iovanni] Martinelli, and Armando Agnini.
