DS, two pages, 8.5 x 11, August 19, 1941. Very early agreement between Universal Pictures and a young Elizabeth Taylor, making several amendments to a previous contract, lowering several dollar payments and exercising an undisclosed option from the earlier agreement as well. Signed on the second page in fountain pen, “Elizabeth Taylor,” and also signed by her mother and father Francis L. Taylor and Sara Sothern Taylor. Torn punch and staple holes to top edges, several office stamps, and a few trivial spots and wrinkles, otherwise fine condition. Impressive piece of Hollywood history as Taylor begins her legendary career. RRAuction COA.
