Countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. Matted with a portrait of Adams to an overall size of 27.5 x 15. In very good condition, with vertical folds, mild wrinkling, foxing, and creasing, and moderate toning along top portion. Adams’s signature is crisp and largely unaffected.
