Signed at the conclusion by Monroe, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Double matted with a book portrait of Monroe, to an overall size of 30 x 14. In very good condition, with moderate storage folds, light overall toning and soiling, and Monroe’s signature several shades light. The white wafer seal is worn but intact. Oversized.
