In part: “In regard to the property at Warm Spring, I find is listed in my check book as follows [listing several buildings and parcels of land with prices]…. Interest should be calculated from the dates of purchase. when the deeds transferring all of the above properties to the Meriwether Reserved are signed and recorded, a letter should be written to the Collector of Taxes asking that the new tax bills be rendered direct to the Meriwether Reserve instead of me….” In fine condition, with mild handling wear, file holes, and a few tiny spots.
