Meyerbeer writes to writer and critic Jules Jeanin [Janin], saying that he has returned to Paris and would like to arrange a meeting, and mentioning Monsieur Armand Bertin. The adjacent leaf bears the address panel, including a second signature “Meyerbeer.” In very good condition, with intersecting folds, creasing and wrinkling, scattered soiling and staining, and a few small tears.
