Clark to the position of “Collector of Customs for the District of Chicago, in the State of Illinois.” Signed at the conclusion by Harrison, and countersigned by the acting Secretary of the Treasury. In very good condition, with light overall creasing, small pinhole above signature, some scattered light toning and soiling, and a few small edge tears.
