TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, Southern Christian Leadership Conference letterhead, September 20, 1965. Letter to a member of the Universal Philatelic Cover Society. In full: “I have received and deeply appreciate your very kind letter with the enclosed envelopes bearing cancellations of Post Offices in Martin, Pennsylvania, Luther, Missouri, and King, Wisconsin. You may be sure that your kind words and support are of inestimable value to our efforts and continued progress.” In fine condition, with crisp, intersecting mailing folds.
