In full: “I am in receipt of your communication of the 2nd instant, requesting my autograph, which I attach to this note below.” In very good condition, intersecting mailing folds, small marginal holes and tears, light show-through from mounting traces to reverse, and mild wrinkling, and subtle feathering to signature.
