Signed FDC, 8 x 6, 1985, signed in black felt tip “Bill Clinton” and in blue felt tip “Hillary Rodham Clinton.” The envelope has a transparent window though which is visible a foil seal commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty, made from copper which was removed from the statue during restoration and which was later flown aboard Space Shuttle Discovery.
