Hindenburg writes from Magdeburg to statesman Karl Heinrich von Boetticher (1833–1907), noting that Hindenburg’s wife cannot attend Boetticher’s party because of illness, and that he himself is in receipt of an invitation to Count Alvensleben-Erxleben’s forthcoming hunt.
