Two items: TLS, signed by Harry S. Truman, one page, 7.25 x 10.5, dated June 8, 1959, on his personal letterhead. Truman sends his thanks to a program producer of his 75th birthday party. In part: “Please accept my belated thanks for the very wonderful job you did in producing the program for my seventy-fifth birthday party in New York.”; and an FDC with a cachet honoring the executive branch of the United States government, signed across the top in black ink.
