Vintage sepia matte-finish 9 x 12 Clinedinst Studio portrait photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “Captain Edward McCauley, Jr., With the best wishes of his friend Woodrow Wilson.” McCauley was the commanding officer of the USS George Washington.
