TLS signed “C. de Gaulle”,” one page, 8 x 10, personal letterhead, September 19, 1944. De Gaulle sends thanks to the Cuban Minister to London, G. de Blanck, for a letter, and notes that France will not forget the friendship shown by Cuba in recent years. Removably presented on a collector’s sheet with historical information, including an FDC and several postage stamps.
