An untranslated official document related to a military personnel matter. Accompanied by an album page signed in ink by H[einrich] Brüning (chancellor from 1930 to 1932) and an unsigned mailing envelope addressed in another hand to Paul von Hindenburg. Schleicher assumed office as chancellor a month later, on December 3. File holes, horizontal marginal crease with short edge separation, and mild handling wear, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
