Partly printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page on vellum, 15.5 x 9.75, December 20, 1826. A grant for a parcel of land near Indianapolis issued to Isaac Drury. The seal remains mostly intact at lower left. In good condition, with heavy intersecting folds (vertical fold to last name; a few small holes), toning, wrinkling, and ink a shade light but fully legible.
