Letter of thanks to a gentleman who sent him genealogical information. In part, “Thank you for the interesting packet you were kind enough to send me containing your study of the families of the Capitole…It will be a great pleasure for me to make your acquaintance.” In fine condition, with light toning and some minor surface loss from removed ink notations along top of page.
