Two items: Israeli commemorative postal cover, 6 x 4, 1957, with a cachet honoring the opening of postal facilities in Rafiah, signed in ballpoint; and a 5.25 x 8 photo, signed in felt tip. Accompanied by an unsigned program from a 1969 musical program at the White House honoring Meir. The cover is fine, with some subtle haloing of signature; the photo is good, with soiling, tape residue, creases, tiny scratch to one cheek, and ink a shade light but fully legible. R&R COA.
