Partly printed DS, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page on vellum, 15.5 x 9.5, December 15, 1826. A grant for a parcel of land in Crawfordsville, Indiana issued to William McCord. In very good condition, with heavy vertical folds and scattered staining and light toning. The signature is clear, dark, and unaffected by any faults, and itself easily rates as fine.
