Represented: H[enry] Clay (two), C[harles] Sumner (two), Schuyler Colfax, W[illiam] Seldes, Nath[aniel] Macon, and one other (a senator; illegible). In very good to fine condition, with scattered soiling and handling wear and postmarks affecting a few of the signatures. R&R COA.
