Franking signature, “J. Q. Adams,” on a 5.75 x 3 mailing panel affixed to a same-sized card and addressed in Adams’s hand to P. P. F. Degrand in Boston. In good condition, with several vertical folds (touching signature), wrinkling, soiling, tear to top edge (slightly touching “Q”), and scattered staining (faint stain slightly touching last name).
