Edwards “a Consul of Class seven of the United States of America.” Of interesting historical note, Edwards, while serving as Consul in Kaunas, threw out the first pitch of the first ever baseball game held in Lithuania. Signed at the bottom by Wilson, and countersigned by his Secretary of State William Jennings Bryant. Double matted to an overall size of 14 x 18.
