Partly printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page on vellum, 14.5 x 19.25, January 19, 1829. A grant for a parcel of land in Missouri. In poor to fair condition, with document affixed to heavy card, intersecting folds with small holes and separations, allover soiling and wrinkling, and chips and tears.
