FDC, 6.5 x 3.5, with a cachet honoring the United Nations Conference on International Organization, signed in blue fountain pen by Truman over the stamp (adding “10/18/63”), and also signed by Truman’s secretary of state, Edward Stettinius, beneath the cachet and the well-known image from the Yalta Conference. The “Towards United Nations” stamp has been postmarked April 25, 1945. In fine condition. R&R COA.
