Vintage matte-finish 7 x 9.5 photo of the Trumans waving from the steps of an airplane, bearing the calligraphic notation “Christmas 1946,” signed in fountain pen as president and first lady “Harry S. Truman” and “Bess W. Truman.” Housed in the original presentation folder measuring 10.75 x 14. A few light ripples (evidently from glue to reverse), a touch of mild scattered soiling to image, and light soiling and a few stains to folder, otherwise fine condition.
