In part (translated): “I thank you for the information you gave me concerning the state of the House of the Rue de Marchands and I beg you to undertake all necessary repairs….” File holes (one lightly touching two words of text), mild soiling and handling wear, and a few faint stains from glue remnants on reverse, otherwise fine condition.
