In full: “I have your letter of yesterday, with enclosure, and am very much pleased with the picture you send, showing Browere’s life mask of Thomas Jefferson. I have sent the papers to the secretary of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Association, so that they may be considered by the Executive Committee….” Trimming as noted, faint pencil notations below signature, and intersecting mailing folds (vertical fold between first and last names), otherwise fine condition.
