Self-contained partial manuscript DS, boldly signed “Z. Taylor Col., 1st Regt. U.S. Infy.,” one page, 8 x 3.5, November 2, 1832. A receipt for the delivery of “six quires of writing paper, one half quire of wrapping d[itt]o, twenty five quills, two hundred wafers, & one paper of ink powder….” Trimming to top edge lightly touching a few letters of text, and mild handling wear, otherwise fine, bright condition.
